Rates
Per month, before tax (GST 5% added at checkout). Month-to-month is billed on the 1st of each month. 8- and 12-month terms are prepaid: you pay the whole term up front at the lower rate, and it isn't refunded if you leave early.

Stalls are rented by location. A 40' container fits an RV or semi stall.

Good to know
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Everything stored needs insurance while it's here: basic plate insurance (like SGI) or a separate policy. Check with your insurer that it covers your unit while it's stored. You'll enter the details when you rent and show proof when you move in.
How does billing work?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Your first payment covers your start date to the end of that month. Month-to-month renters can save a card and be charged automatically. 8- and 12-month terms are paid in full up front at a lower monthly rate.
How do I move out?
Month-to-month renters give notice from their account. Notice runs a full calendar month, and you move out by 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month. We check the stall after you leave and close your rental.
What can I store?
RVs, trailers, boats, cars, trucks, semis, equipment and containers. Everything you store is listed in your agreement, so get our written approval before you add or swap anything.
Can I see the yard before I rent?
Yes. Call 639-803-LOCK during office hours and we'll set up a time.
